West Los Angeles commercial production company is seeking Office Coordinator to start immediately. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assisting Executive Producers with the pitch process, i.e. setting up conference calls, liaising with directors, agencies, and maintaining calendars.
- Assisting In-House Producer with pre-production and wraps of jobs by managing crew, studio, and vendor holds, conducting research for bids, and collect/organize wrap materials.
- Coordinate with freelance production teams on office procedures and office needs.
Candidates must be detail-oriented and organized -- multi-taskers who are able to work well under pressure. Some commercial production experience required. Must be tech savvy and a good trouble shooter.
The job best suits those who would like to be a commercial line producer, bidder, head of production or EP down the road. Please do not apply if you would like to work in any other production department.
We are looking for someone who is looking to grow with our expanding company.
Proficiency in Spanish is a big plus.
