This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution and communication of brand marketing strategies for Blu-ray, DVD and Digital product within the Paramount Home Media Distribution (PHMD) organization.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Gathers market research data to assist in defining the positioning (target, key communication points) for each release and promote
Analyzes internal and market research data to assist in determining optimal release strategy (street date, competitive landscape, seasonality)
Generates and maintains key industry and competitive reports
Collaborates with internal team to brainstorm all elements of marketing plan
Maintains a master timeline for meeting all marketing and operational deadlines
Works closely with digital teams, ensuring assets and information are communicated to accounts in a timely manner
Assists in maintaining an accurate title-specific budget that meets corporate and operating objectives
Understands and supports objectives and strategies for PHMD portfolio of products
Maintains ongoing open communication and updates to all functional areas: Retail Marketing, Operations, Sales Communication, PR, Promotions, Media, Creative, Finance, etc.
Assists in preparing and communicating the timely distribution of all plans to Sales and Trade
Develops documents to inform and service the internal and external clients
Coordinates with peers to ensure efficiency and continually improve processes
Assists in the execution of the day-to-day aspects of the marketing plan to launch or promote the PHMD titles
Fully researches each property to understand opportunities and challenges that may impact results
Reviews market research to anticipate and react to competition, consumer attitudes and market trends
Evaluates and analyzes program results and present recommendations for future improvement
