Pantelion has an immediate opening for a smart and organized individual to assist the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
The ideal candidate must have strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel), excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, able to prioritize and have a strong command of the Spanish language with excellent ability to communicate in Spanish on a day-to-day basis. Good phone skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment are required.
Duties include but are not limited to: general office work such as filing, scanning, creating and updating spreadsheets, scheduling meetings and screenings, coordinating and tracking shipments, and assisting in time-sensitive duties.
Additional responsibilities will include:
Managing heavy calendars of CEO and COO by scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
Receiving and greet guests when guests are meeting with CEO and COO
Managing a heavy international travel itinerary for CEO
Updating contact sheet and contacts periodically
Creating Expense Reports on a regular basis
Maintaining a proper filing system to file all agreements and relevant documents
Providing technical support as necessary during conference calls, presentations and make necessary arrangements with the IT department as required
Assisting CEO and COO in collecting research as necessary for presentations
Multi-tasking and delegating responsibility for efficient and timely management of activities
Working interdepartmentally as necessary, primarily during premieres and when scheduling screenings for shareholders
Rolling calls and taking notes as necessary
Planning and coordinating corporate events as required
Processing corporate invoices and work with Accounts Payable department as necessary
Performing other related work as required.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience with strong oral and written communication skills.
Will also have knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. A strong interest in the Entertainment Industry, along with knowledge of the Latin market is highly desired.
A BA/BS from an accredited university is required.
