• Own and evangelize roadmap, delivery, and measurement for your products.
• Project management and quality assurance of your products.
• Manage relationships and drive implementation with external partners and our internal development team.
• Write, prioritize, and collaborate on user stories and other requirements for engineering teams, detailing product features, enhancements, and success criteria.
• Drive resolution of any problems or production issues impacting internal systems and users.
• All other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of content management systems / publishing platforms, APIs, workflow tools, 3rd party integrations, and infrastructure (e.g. CDN, storage, encoding, etc.)
• Experience in both large and small companies with the hands-on ability to work with teams in a start-up environment. Experience in taking products from concept to reality, ideally gained in start-up or new business development environment.
• Scrum master experience, even if informal.
• Degree in a technology-oriented field, or equivalent experience.
