Partner Services Assistant Coordinator (Temporary)
The Partner Services Assistant Coordinator position delivers unique value to the Pac-12 Networks and Conference corporate partners through the business management and implementation of all contractual assets. Primary focus is to clearly demonstrate return on partner business objectives in order to ensure maximum partnership retention and renewal rate. Length of assignment: 1/10/17 - 5/31/17.
Core Functions:
• Understand and implement all of the Pac-12 partners' contractual elements as relevant to assigned accounts. Assist with fulfillment of each partner brand and its' associated assets as it relates to the Director and Account Specialist's portfolio of assigned accounts.
• Assist in event planning and preparation for large-scale events, including on-site execution
• Monitor digital placements and organize metrics to deliver to partners
• Ability to provide added value to the partnership through researching and identifying new co-branded business opportunities and activations which achieve partner objectives and return on investment annually.
• Assist in the creation, accuracy, presentation and delivery of all business collateral to include: Renewal Presentations & Sales Worksheets, Seasonal Business Plan and Implementation Guide, Mid-Season Reviews, Annual Reports, and Ancillary Partner Communication.
• Organize, distribute, and inventory tickets for various events. Inventory and manage premium items.
• Facilitate tours of Pac-12 Studios for clients and guests.
• Various other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• B.A. or B.S. degree from a four-year college or university with an overall GPA of 3.0.
• Experience in marketing or sponsorship fulfillment with a consumer brand, agency or media property.
• Must be able to develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders as well as corporate managers/clients.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Passionate about Pac-12 sports
• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills; good judgment and ability to interact with different levels of management and personalities
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize under time constraints and work successfully in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data and contribute to presentations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Willingness to take on all aspects of the job with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Strong interest in television production, digital/sports media, and/or sports marketing
