Small PR firm handling A list actors and producers is looking for an publicity assistant to work at their busy PR office.
Specific responsibilities and expertise will include:
1. Day to Day management of all media clippings: designing them on PHOTOSHOP and saving and servicing them (must have photoshop on own computer and have a savvy working knowledge of the program to use it)
2. Day to Day management of CISION press clips and fast breaking excel charts for clientele
3. Creation of powerpoint presentations for new business and for client press kits (must take direction, know Powerpoint the ins and outs and understand how to use it)
If you have these skills, please apply. With these skills your responsibilities might include but not be limited to: going through magazines and blogs for client mentions, handling the setting up of photoshoots, and arranging for stylists, hair/make up etc, do limited mail-merges, and handle client requests as well as assist on red carpets, national television appearances etc.
Clients are active and excited and we are going into Oscar Season. We need help! If you have some experience, and know how to do the top #3 things, we would love to talk to you! Looking for one really bright person who is on time, values responsibility and understands what it means to contribute and have a job. This is not for someone who wants to learn how to do Photoshop or learn how to use Cision. You must have these skills and know it better than we do.
