Recruiting Assistant
The Recruiting Assistant supports the Recruiting team in a fast-paced environment. This role provides assistance with scheduling candidates, job postings, reference checks, background checks, department reports, processing recruiting expenses and other related support.

Job Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
• Schedule candidates
• Conduct reference checks
• Work with vendor/candidates to conduct background checks
• Supports the social media strategies laid out by team
• Prepare reports and track applicant data
• Provides general support to the Recruiting team
• May help with the temporary staffing including contacting agencies, scheduling interviews, paperwork and conversions
• Work on special projects/initiatives as needed
Required Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Basic knowledge of HR/Recruiting
• Desire to grow within HR or Recruiting
• Successful candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have the ability to build relationships with staff and candidates
• Flexible, positive, and confident attitude is a must
• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Understanding and basic proficiency in social media
• Ability to work well under pressure while also having fun!
