The Measurements and Insights Strategist will evaluate marketing programs based on on-site data collection, providing valuable and successful insight-driven stories to various clients. This individual should be comfortable with data crunching and have an extreme eye for detail. Ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker who will be able to pull together data quickly and bring forth impactful insight.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support client teams to translate marketing objectives into an appropriate measurement framework tracking performance of brand activations
• Project KPI targets in advance of activation and monitor performance against goals
• Maintain data tools and dashboards to oversee and track data collection
• Collaborate with account teams to create visually impactful weekly reports and overall program evaluations
• Provide actionable insight on how to improve performance mid-campaign
• Communicate with various team members to ensure high data quality and timely delivery
• Manage vendors and/or outside partners for data tools and collection
• Provide measurement and insight expertise on multiple data projects
• Explore innovative measurement tools and approaches and recommend new solutions
• Be a voice in brainstorms on marketing initiatives
• Serve as a resource and subject matter expert on market research vendors, analytics tools and best practices
• Occasional travel may be required
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in market research, consumer insights or data analysis
• Ability to analyze data to create an insightful story and business recommendations
• Able to manage multiple priorities, high pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with SPSS or similar program preferred
• Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access), Excel macro skills beneficial
• Experience managing vendors and/or outside partners
