PMK*BNC is seeking a Digital Account Director to join our team. The Digital Account Director is responsible for overall strategic leadership and management of assigned digital accounts. The Account Director leads internal teams to deliver big ideas, compelling digital campaigns, and outstanding overall work on the client’s behalf. An ongoing knowledge of the client’s business (including competitors, media mix, spending etc.) is critical for success in this role. The Account Director will connect with clients to develop innovative, interactive, and programs. The Account Director will be responsible for the development of account plans for every client, writing strategic documents, the development of partnership programs, championing breakthrough creative, overseeing segmentation and targeted messaging, technical execution, establishing the appropriate metrics for every program component, and reporting results.
Responsibilities:
• Owns select accounts and projects, acts as the primary strategic lead between the client and the agency
• Create accurate budget estimates for client for long-term and short-term programs
• Assess program effectiveness and communicate back to client
• Lead integration amongst the various marketing, advertising and PR partners to ensure strategic, as well as consistent brand identification
• Accountable for quality control and final review of all letters, memos, meeting reports, and client materials
• Develops client relationships, identifies opportunities to add value to client’s business
• Develops sound web strategies given target, brand and competitive insights
• Maintains thought leadership, watches digital trends, and applies thinking towards client ROI
• Understands online marketing, branding and integrated marketing principles
• Leads brainstorms, contributes big ideas, and collaborates with internal team members
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• 8 years account management experience in an agency environment
• 5 years of experience working in interactive marketing
