PMK*BNC is looking for an Account Supervisor to work on our leading global telecommunications client. The Account Supervisor will work to drive consumer excitement for this company’s mobile solutions by developing and implementing innovative marketing initiatives and experiential events, which will drive the consumer experience across all of The Company’s products and retail channels.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute highly effective experiential events and marketing campaigns in support of a multitude of products and channels that reflect The Company’s leadership, innovation and style in mobile devices• Provide input and analysis on trends in the marketplace and in technology that could maximize the consumer experience within the experiential space
• Work with Field Marketing & Training lead to guide implementation of marketing training modules and presentations for Field Professionals and Brand Ambassadors working experiential events
• Report to key constituents in monthly business reviews regarding problems, opportunities, successes and key learnings
• Manage The Company’s marketing agencies activities from concept to planning, coordination and budgets
• Use knowledge of the wireless retail industry trends and competition to anticipate needs and opportunities for future marketing strategies
• Foster strong working relationships within all levels of The Company, its carrier and retail partners, using effective communication and collaboration tools
Job Requirements
• Bachelors Degree from accredited college or university
• 7 years experience in Promotional, Experiential/Relationship Marketing, or Retail Marketing; managing agencies is preferred
• 5 years experience in event, conference and activation planning, execution and management
• Advanced knowledge of the wireless retail industry, competition and industry trends
• Proven Project Management and Production skills and success in guiding and motivating cross-functional project teams on multiple assignments and projects
• Experience in articulating performance metrics, proposals, etc. and making formal presentations to internal executives
• Thorough understanding of social media and online marketing
• Ability to travel 25% of time
• Agile and adaptable to changing priorities
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for information and learning
• Good balance between creative and analytical thinking
