Full Time Job
PMK?BNC is seeking an Account Supervisor to support top-tier consumer tech and lifestyle accounts.
• Responsible for both strategy and execution of all consumer and trade marketing activities including strategic marketing planning, large scale events, consumer promotions, retail promotions, grassroots events, media/communications, and digital integration
• Create accurate budget estimates for client for long-term and short-term programs
• Assess program effectiveness, KPIs and communicate back to client
• Lead integration amongst the various marketing, advertising and PR partners to ensure strategic, as well as consistent brand identification
• Accountable for quality control and final review of all plans, memos, recap reports and client materials
• Research and evaluate the event and consumer marketing space to build concept plans that showcase the agency’s understanding of popular culture
• Build and manage professional relationships with celebrity and entertainment industry influencers to access celebrity clientele for seeding and outreach purposes
• Be an active force in brainstorming new, innovative ideas for client projects, marketing and celebrity outreach initiatives
• Day to Day client correspondence and support account management with team
• Manage multiple outside vendors and collaborate with partner agencies for various programs
• Develop plans, proposals, marketing materials, outreach strategies, and event concepts
Requirements:
• 6 years agency experience in marketing, preferably in a corporate setting
• Sincere interest in consumer brands and creating meaningful consumer experiences through events and product seeding
• Strategic thinker and understanding of budget management
• High proficiency in the complete Microsoft Office suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.) and excellent understanding of utilizing online and network-based tools for research purposes
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to handle yourself professionally under pressure
• Proven Project Management skills and success in guiding and motivating cross-functional project teams on multiple assignments and projects
• Experience in articulating performance metrics, proposals, etc. and making formal presentations to internal executives
• Good balance between creative and analytical thinking
• Experience in a digital environment and creating and managing social media platforms
• Agile and adaptable to changing priorities
• The ability to travel up to 25% of the year
