PMK*BNC New York is seeking a full time Retail Marketing & Promotions VP to support a key mobile account.
The Retail Marketing & Promotions VP will be responsible for:
• Develop promotional program strategies and drive to retail offers for consumer products clients
• Create national and local promotional offer for online, retail or general consumer
• Manage, execute and fulfillment for all promotions
• Manage sub vendors including rules, creative copy, collateral design and production
• Responsible for both strategy and execution of all consumer marketing activities including marketing, large scale events, promotions, public relations, all media/communications, and digital integration
• Create and manage accurate budget estimates for client for long-term and short-term programs
• Develop program metrics, process and oversee measurement for client reporting
• Accountable for quality control and final review of all internal and external materials
• Able to manage account team, have flawless client servicing and program management expertise
• Be an active force in brainstorming new, innovative ideas for client projects, marketing and celebrity outreach initiatives that support the overall program
• Develop successful processes and execution
Requirements:
• 10 years agency experience in marketing, preferably in a corporate setting
• Experience in retail marketing and promotions is a must and managing an account team.
• Experience in mobile industry and in channel marketing is preferred
• Strategic thinker and understanding of budget management
• High proficiency in the complete Microsoft Office suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.) and excellent understanding of utilizing online and network-based tools for research purposes
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to handle yourself professionally under pressure
• The ability to travel up to 25% of the year
• Development of strategic marketing plans and KPIs
