Strategic Insights Analyst
We are currently seeking a Strategic Insights Analyst to support the Strategic Insights & Analytics group in our Los Angeles, CA location. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious with an affinity for numbers and an ability to effectively and clearly communicate complex information. The candidate will work within a team analyzing a wide range of experiential events weaving data from multiple sources together to provide insight-driven stories and recommendations to our clients. A general understanding of Brand Communications and Strategy as well as a keen understanding of how it connects to Popular Culture are advantageous.
The Strategic Insights & Analytics group uses in-depth research and data to challenge clients' perceptions, identify opportunities, deliver insights and provide data driven solutions to a variety of situational barriers that enhance our clients' successes in the marketplace.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with data compilation and maintenance of data tools and dashboards
• Review data sets and reports for accuracy, validity and data integrity
• Assist with analysis and reporting of brand activations
• Communicate complex information clearly and concisely
• Support in the creation of materials used in client presentations and reports
• Create compelling data visualization and infographics for reports
• Collaborate with account teams to support with measurement of client activities, update client reports and program evaluations
• Fulfill ad-hoc requests from account team and client in a timely manner
• Use analytics tools and databases
• Proof and edit client related documents as needed
• Participate in client meetings, conference calls and presentations
• Be on-site at major experiential activations supporting in the data capture and reporting process
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Communications, English, Public Relations or Marketing
• Advanced degrees preferred
• 2-3 years of practical work experience, research background beneficial
• Must have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office. Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills required
• Ability to creatively visualize information and data required
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Takes initiative and shows sound judgment
• Flexible and adaptable, takes direction well
• Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Able to multi-task and prioritize
• Collaborative and all-round team player
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Experience using analytics tools like Radian6, Sysomos, Brandwatch, mTab, SPSS, Excel Macros etc., beneficial
• Ability to build and nurture strong working relationships with internal and external clients
• Occasional travel and weekend hours may be required
