We are currently seeking a well-rounded marketing professional to join PMK• BNC as a Marketing Coordinator in our Los Angeles office. This position will be directly supporting the CEO. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious and detail-oriented with superb administrative skills. A general understanding of Brand Communications and Strategy is advantageous and a thorough understanding of how it connects to Popular Culture preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Support the CEO with all administrative tasks, including managing phone lines, arranging all travel (flights, ground transportation, hotels, and restaurant reservations), curating and managing expense reports, and coordinating internal/client meetings (via audio or video conference calls) between multiple locations worldwide
• Participate in internal and client-related meetings, conference calls, and presentations and create pertinent meeting notes and summaries
• Collaborate with the Brands and Strategic Insights & Analytics team on various consulting projects and reports for new and existing clients. Responsibilities include:
• Designing client-ready PowerPoint presentations, managing weekly client reports, attending weekly update meetings, and assisting with ad-hoc deliverables
• Supporting in conducting competitive research, marketing performance evaluations, social media analyses, industry best practices and consumer trend surveys
• Utilizing proprietary analytics tools and databases to conduct research
• Proof and edit internal and client-related documents (often times confidential) as needed
• Other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
• 1 years of relevant experience at an agency or at an entertainment firm
• Bachelor's Degree is a must; Master's Degree in a relevant field/industry is a bonus
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily with Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is a must; proficiency or familiarity with Adobe Suite preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and multi task between administrative and client-related deliverables on a constant basis
• Works well under pressure with tight deadlines
• Diligent, analytical, and pays strong attention to detail
• Responds well to directions and appreciates constructive advice
