Marketing Analyst – Influencer & Entertainment Marketing
We are currently seeking a Marketing Analyst to support the Strategic Insights & Analytics group in our Los Angeles, CA location. The ideal candidate will have an affinity for numbers and an ability to effectively and clearly communicate complex information. An understanding of Brand Communications and Strategy as well as a keen understanding of how it connects to Popular Culture is critical.
The Strategic Insights & Analytics group uses in-depth research and data to challenge clients’ perceptions, identify opportunities, deliver insights and provide data driven solutions to a variety of situational barriers that enhance our clients’ successes in the marketplace.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist with data compilation and presentation conception
• Review data sets and reports for accuracy, validity and data integrity
• Assist with analysis and reporting of brand and influencer activations
• Communicate complex information clearly and concisely
• Support in the creation of materials used in client presentations and reports
• Create compelling data visualization and infographics for reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to update client reports and program evaluations
• Fulfill ad-hoc requests from account team and client in a timely manner
• Use analytics tools and databases
• Proof and edit client related documents as needed
• Participate in client meetings, conference calls and presentations
Required Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree. Advanced degrees preferred
• 2-3 years of practical work experience
• Must have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office. Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills required
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends in entertainment, lifestyle and culture arena
• Consumer research skills, ideally with experience writing surveys
• Ability to creatively visualize information and data required
• Must be extremely detail-oriented
• Takes initiative and shows sound judgment
• Organized, flexible and adaptable
• Takes direction well and implements feedback
• Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Able to multi-task and prioritize
• Collaborative and all-round team player working with own team, internal and external clients
• Polished and professional individual with strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Proficient in social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat and an understanding of how to measure content on these channels
• Experience using analytics tools like SPSS, Excel Macros etc. and social analytics tools like Radian6, UnionMetrics, Sysomos etc. desired
