PART TIME (JOB SHARE) MARKETING ASSISTANT

Ovation is currently seeking a Part Time (Job Share) Marketing Assistant.

Title: Part Time (Job Share) Marketing Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
• Report to Director of Marketing
• Scheduling Calendar for SVP
• expense reports
• Arranging Travel
• Mailings
• Creative Service Requests
• Manage logistics for all materials for conferences, presentations, meetings and events
• Database management to include: Collateral tracking/Community partnership contacts/Event RSVPs
• Research (Ad Sales Events)
• Assist with execution of events when necessary

Required Skills:
• Strong technical skills, proficiency with MS Office, advanced proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint in particular
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Constant Contact and PitchPartner
• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
• Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional demeanor
• Must be a self-starter
• Entertainment industry experience preferred, but not required

Scope:
This is a part time position in the marketing department of a small dynamic art network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative support and will perform diversified administrative functions in conjunction with the main administrative assistant.

Professionalism and a strong, independent work ethic are a basic requirement.
