POSITION SUMMARY
Handle the day-to-day administrative duties for:
• SVP, Head of Marketing and Brand Strategy
• SVP, Head of Production & Media Services
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to:
• SVP, Head of Marketing and Brand Strategy
• SVP, Head of Production & Media Services
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES
• Manage calendar and scheduling meetings in Outlook and MAC Mail
• Execute broad spectrum of general administrative duties that include answering phones, scheduling daily and evening meetings and conference calls, copying, printing, compiling documents, creating and distributing agendas/schedules, sending and receiving mail and faxes, ordering supplies, maintaining organizational efforts and filing
• Arrange domestic & international travel for executives
• Prepare, submit and follow up on expense reports and other relevant documentation
• Manage executives' task lists and reminders
• Manage high levels of communication with internal and external colleagues and contacts - this includes office of the Chief Creative Officer and other management, agents, studio executives, executive producers, creative talent and other industry professionals
PREREQUISITES:
• Skilled in core Microsoft Office applications from Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint to other key software applications for MAC and PC
• Very comfortable with technology
• A keen ability to forecast forward and anticipate executives' needs
• Excellent written and oral communications skills live and via phone
• Strong organizing skills and upward management skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in either an agency or major network/studio environment
