ROLE DESCRIPTION
The core objective of the Coordinator, Content Distribution role is supporting the Content Distribution key senior executives and extended team to maximize distribution and subscriber revenue through strategic support for the initiatives of the department's more senior distribution executives. This position will support the efforts of the department EVP and SVP from an administrative standpoint and will play a key role in coordinating the efforts of Ovation's Content Distribution team at a variety of key affiliate trade shows, conferences field level events and other special events as assigned by EVP and/or SVP, Content Distribution.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare affiliate presentation decks, provide leave behinds, premium items and other collateral material for key affiliate meetings held by EVP, SVP and VP
• Create, submit and track weekly expense reports for EVP, SVP and VP
• Print, code, submit, follow up and track payment for Content Distribution and Broadcast Operations invoices (consultants, projects, partnerships, events, sponsorships, etc.)
• Edit and send quarterly compliance certification to all affiliates for CALM Act, closed captioning, children's advertising, etc.
• Create and update meeting calendar for The Cable Show, The Independent Show and other industry conferences, trade shows and events
• Coordinate Ovation's participation, show presence, talent, etc. and register relevant team members for various industry shows, conferences and affiliate specific events (i.e. Dish dealer summit, DIRECTV Programmer's Fair, ACA Show, Independent Show, etc.)
• Oversee the development and distribution of premiums
• Work with external agencies for promotional and marketing support including sweepstakes, collateral materials, and creative needs.
• Traffic and secure assets via internal creative services department for distribution partners including logos, spots, images etc.
• Create RSVP invite list, send out invites and track attendance for various affiliate hosting events including industry events such as the Kaitz dinner and Ovation specific events like the Ford's Theater gala, etc.
• Find venue, get tickets, create rsvp list, send out invites and track attendance for Ovation affiliate entertainment events such as Nutcracker event in NY, Cable Show dinner, etc.
• Coordinate offsite for department
• Create yearly calendar of events for Content Distribution department

QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills directed at goal accomplishment.
• Proven success in ever-changing environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize duties accordingly
• Analytical, problem solving and effective planning skills required.
• Ability to travel on an occasional basis as required for affiliate events, etc.
• Advanced computer skills required (PowerPoint, contact management, spreadsheet creation in Excel)
