Seeking highly motivated creative leader to help introduce On The Stage, an exciting new website, into the market. At OTS, our goal is to help high school, college and regional theatres promote, sell, and manage tickets to their productions. OTS is part of Artech Holdings, focused on delivering technology solutions to the arts community.
You will be responsible for working with the core creators to bring this product to it's target audience. Duties will eventually include managing a team of multiple inside sales executives while driving monthly revenue targets through new business partnerships. The right candidate will thrive in a start up environment and enjoy taking true ownership of the opportunity to impact brand new product.
Here's what we're looking for:
2-5 years of professional work history.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a team.
Remarkable and consistent track record of success in previous endeavors.
Some experience developing sales plans (analyzing metrics is a plus).
Experience with the ticketing industry preferred.
Ability & interest in leading sales teams in strategic selling techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Some knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
A love of theatre is strongly encouraged. If you don't have at least one show tune on your Spotify account, this probably isn't the job for you!
Mostly we are looking for self-motivated individuals who are committed to working in an easygoing environment. This is a full time position that starts right away! Long term opportunity for profit sharing, employee stock option, retirement and benefit plans.
