-Develop and manage relationships with key 3rd party partners who license and distribute Omnia video content.
-Support SVP of Business Development on deal sourcing and negotiation across a variety of digital content initiatives
-Develop and execute strategies to increase monetization across the Omnia Media ecosystem.
-Collaborate with various Omnia departments (sales, marketing, technology, talent management) on new initiatives across original content, licensing and distribution.
-Some analysis and reporting to support key initiatives across the company.
-Develop new models or opportunities for monetization across the Omnia Media landscape.
-Support strategic initiatives across the business development group.
-Bachelor's Degree required with 5+ years of business development experience at a traditional or digital media company.
-Proven relationship management and business development skills in a digital media-based role.
-Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
-Strong execution/delivery orientation with ''hands-on'' experience managing large scale and complex projects.
-Makes decisions that balance a variety of factors (e.g. cost, risk, short-term vs. long-term impact) to achieve an optimal outcome.
-Highly strategic and capable of driving internal stakeholders to a consensus on important issues.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, highly ambitious - and ambiguous - start-up environment.
-Experience doing business in Asia Pacific region or related language skills a plus
