Responsibilities:
-Conceptualize creative social/digital content series that meet the business objectives of the Women's Lifestyle vertical
-Develop engaging content designed to attract audience and brands to drive revenue
-Seek out, evaluate and develop original unscripted programming in collaboration with creators, partners and industry contacts
-Monitor, communicate, and incorporate emerging media and DIY, crafting and home décor trends across all platforms
-Ensure the social and digital content is in line with the creative direction of the Women's Lifestyle vertical
-Identify and develop relationships with DIY and women's lifestyle influencers to cast in editorial, video and social content
-Negotiate influencer contracts for series, episodic appearances and brand promotion
-Stay up to date on upcoming influencers in the women's lifestyle space
-Handle influencer relations on set as needed
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of programming experience
-Deep understanding of digital content - YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram video, Facebook Live, etc.
-Relationships with digital influencers and women's lifestyle influencers in particular
-Experience filming and/or producing DIY content preferred
-Ability to motivate and lead others in the development and execution of creative projects.
-History of executing influencer contracts
-Demonstrated team player and collaborator in an environment that fosters creativity and a culture of open and honest communication.
-Passion for technology, media, and DIY with the skills to communicate that passion through content
-Project management, casting and production experience.
