The primary job of the promotions street team member is to handle the coordination and execution of all promotional operations of two live shows.
Field promotions tasks include (but are not limited to):
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Timely attendance. Flexible schedule to work on call on days, nights and weekends.
• Weekly communication with manager when needed.
• Hand out flyers during events.
• Drop off flyers in niche stores in specific areas around LA.
• Pick up flyers, or merch items to deliver to manager when needed.
• Professional demeanor required at all times.
• Remains calm and professional through stressful circumstances.
• Follow well-defined procedure.
Minimum Qualifications for Consideration:
• Requires reliable transportation.
• Requires a valid California Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Requires good hustle, and a good attitude.
Experience and Education:
• 1+ years in promotions experience with similar job responsibilities and requirements; desired, but not required.
• Experience in dealing with large crowds.
• Experience in entertaining people.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 + pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
