Odyssey Impact/Transform Films is a multi-media non-profit that bring together organizations and individuals around powerful programming that supports people of all faiths and good will as they engage the world to nurture compassion, justice and hope. We build impact campaigns that bring together coalitions of faith-based and secular change-makers to address a wide range of issues. We are looking to add to our team by hiring an Executive Assistant/Office Manager that supports and assists in all business activities. The ideal candidate must have experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and be able to work well within an administrative team in an environment with various business lines.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
· Fully support executives (CEO and CFO/COO) administratively, maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare expense reports, arrange and coordinate complex travel.
· Screen incoming calls, greet visitors, and correspondence. Respond independently when possible.
·Responsible for ordering, stocking and maintaining all stocked items in kitchen, bathrooms and common areas with care and detail.
· Ensuring the office runs smoothly through the day. Excellent housekeeping of reception area, all meeting rooms, and common spaces.
· Assist the CEO with scheduling of meetings, travel, and board related matters.

Key Qualifications:
· Strong interpersonal skills in building and managing relationships. Positive Attitude!
· College degree with a minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
· Must be able to work independently and in a team.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Proficiency on web and social media.
· Familiarity with documentary production a plus.
· Ability to prioritize and organize duties and manage deadlines.
· Must be able to multi-task and work across several projects simultaneously.
· Able to problem solve and present solutions.
·Gives great phone!
