Executive Assistant
Executive Assistant to 4 Senior Executives of two Manhattan based Film Production Companies.
Candidate should be a self-starter, able to multitask, with a general, working knowledge of the film and/or TV industry.
Extremely organized, able to juggle busy calendars, coordinate meetings and calls (often on multiple time zones); answer phones and think outside the box. We are looking for someone who is very passionate about being in a support role. Typical hours of the office are 9AM-6PM, with some overtime as needed.
Must know Microsoft Office for Mac, Outlook Exchange, Word, Powerpoint and Excel. Proficiency will digital cameras and editing platforms a plus (but, not a must).
- Trustworthy and responsible with sensitive information
- Have a strong and confident phone manner
- Will be making, confirming, changing and organizing appointments for professional life and client responsibilities
- Have strong English grammar and writing skills to edit and correct documents
- Must be able to adapt quickly to change
Individual should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects. This job is part administrative yet also highly creative. It is a fairly young company so lots of opportunity to be a part of a great team and have a voice. Must be enthusiastic and engaged. Great opportunity for someone who is looking to start and grow in the entertainment industry.
