We are in search of an experienced Project Manager and Administrative / Personal Assistant to the CEO of an independent production company and professional sports lifestyle brand.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter providing right - hand type of assistance, a team player, and is able to take initiative. Prior administrative and project management experience is a must. This position involves contact with industry executives, managers and attorneys, and therefore requires a great deal of self-assurance. Discretion and respect of company confidentiality is needed. Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Job Requirements:
• Excellent organizational, project management, problem solving, interpersonal, and communications skills (both written and verbal)
• Prior administrative experience supporting senior level executives (previous entertainment industry experience and/or education a plus)
• Provide administrative support to busy executive, including managing calendar and scheduling meetings
• Work closely with other departments within the company
• Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations
• Professional demeanor, presence, attitude, and punctuality
• Strong Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
• Typing 60wpm
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, safeguard confidential information, and work overtime as required
• Interest in the entertainment business and ability to learn and grow with the business
• Responsible, reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive and proprietary information
• Team-player who is outgoing & personable with a can-do, flexible attitude and demeanor
• Ability to work well under pressure, think fast and remain calm and poised in an extremely fast paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally
• Bachelor degree preferred
