Overview
Seeking a pleasant, respectful individual to fill our receptionist-office manager position. We are a high-profile live entertainment and talent management company, dealing with industry executives as well as artists and celebrity clientele. This position has the ability to grow into a Project Manager or similar position.
Responsibilities
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Maintain visitor security by following procedures and controlling access
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Order supplies and maintain stock
- Compile excel spreadsheets
- Maintain company websites and social media
- Draft simple graphics
- Answer customer calls and emails
- Order tour merchandise
Requirements
- Proven work experience in similar roles
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Tech savvy, good with office equipment and hardware
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus
- Knowledge of WordPress is a plus
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Experience with running social media and online marketing campaigns is a plus
- Professional appearance, punctual and reliable
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- High degree of initiative, integrity and collaboration
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- High school degree a must, preferably a college degree
