We are currently looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to ensure the company's everyday activities run smoothly while supporting the Managing Partner in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
• Specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Oversees all financial, accounting, and administration functions including billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Coordinate meetings with Managing Partner for monitoring & reporting of departmental budgets.
• Oversees monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of the Company's financial performance.
• Organize, manage, & communicate with over 20,000 contacts with a structured system and easily accessible.
• Consistently available and accessible via phone & email.
• Learning, mastering, and using our backend software.
• Oversee social media.
• Administrative and clerical work (Typing memos, meeting note taking, creating charts and diagrams for presentations, setting up travel arrangements)
• Strong business analytic skills.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree mandatory, preference is Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 2+ years experience in Operational Management and bookkeeping.
• Proficient with Apple products, Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop (basic), Gmail, Dropbox, and Trello.
• Knowledge and or interest in specific music genres including but not limited to EDM, Hip Hop, and Pop (Preferred, not mandatory).
• Able to work at home, yet collaborative with traveling staff.
• High comfort level working in a diverse environment.

• Discretion: Confidentiality with clients.
• Focused: Does not get distracted easily. Stays focused on the tasks/goals at hand AT ALL TIMES. Always Professional.
• Meticulous: Detailed oriented, and exercises excellent time management.
• Creative: Ability to understand our needs, and create infrastructure / new systems based upon information that comes from multiple channels (email, text, phone calls, social media).
• Proactive: Willingness to go above and beyond necessary workload
• Dedication: 24/7 Email and cell phone availability.
• Reliable: When you say you will do something, you see it out all the way, and even check back in on it even after its over.
• Confident: Strong personality, yet humble enough to know you don't know everything. Able to take constructive criticism.
• Tech-Savvy: Stays on top of new programs to better the company and open to learn new computer programs efficiently and with ease.
Details
• Hours negotiable; roughly 40hours weekly at our OA Agency office in Sherman Oaks.
• Additional perks to include attendance to our shows, free lunch, possible travel, and other cool ''incentives.''
