This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Job Description:
-Working in the office a minimum of 15 hours per week working on-site at events
-Database Management, Organization, & Follow-Up for all Events
-Research prospective clients and reach out to them
-Cold calling potential event production clients
-Assist Event Coordinator with operations on event days
-Be on site for special events for a variety of production assistant tasks
Qualifications:
-Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, emailing and internet research
-Extremely outgoing, energetic, and well organized
-Intuitive and self-motivated
-Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
