Executive Assistant to the CEO - Boutique PR agency is seeking an individual for executive assistant position to the President and CEO.
Candidates must be able to organize and multi-task in high-pressure, fast-paced office environment with a flexible schedule and extensive hours.
Duties are clerical, office managerial, administrative and project-based and include scheduling travel, arranging meetings, handling information requests, preparing lists and reports and correspondence and liaising with clients, pitching media, writing bios and press releases, updating press kits, files and databases, and covering red carpet events, photo shoots and screenings.
Daily responsibilities include rolling calls, scheduling, taking dictation, handling emails, new business proposals, social media, etc.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, resourceful, extremely detail oriented, great at multitasking and prioritizing.
Strong writing and communication skills are a must.
Must be willing to work night events and occasional weekends.
This position requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Preferred experience at an agency or in-house. Must have extensive knowledge in PowerPoint presentations and all social media channels.
