Full Time Job
Manage and oversee the creation of all art (non ad based) for traditional and digital media. These platforms include DVDs, video games; download to own, music, apps and online streaming videos. Position reports to Senior Project Manager, Nickelodeon Creative Resources.
Responsibilities
• Act as liaison between creative team, business team, and outside design companies
• Receive assignment sheets from business team and ensure creative team members understand goals
• Schedule and oversee kick off meetings with business teams and creative team
• Create and maintain project schedule and budget approved by business team
• Forward approved project estimates to business and finance teams
• Follow up with requests from agencies regarding the projects
• Work with show production to obtain production elements for creative team
• Confirm team members have all elements needed for assigned projects
• Work closely with Nickelodeon Art Directors and Creative Directors to ensure creative is Nickelodeon quality
• Review all assigned creative before routing to confirm all business goals and comments are met
• Responsible for uploading and downloading files from/to the server for the agencies
• In charge of routing and uploading each round of the project to business team, creative team, property EIC, Copy Content, Legal, Standards for feedback
• Responsible for ensuring all comments/feedback are received and compiled on time
• Resolve issues involving conflicting comments for projects
• Responsible for sending out clear and concise notes to all creative team members, including external creative agencies
• Oversee and confirm daily that the creative team meets project schedule deadlines
• Route final mechanicals to Paramount and the Business team
• Create library submission forms for NCR’s archival purposes
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external partners so projects can run smoothly
• Maintain status report for all assigned projects
• Meet weekly with designers, production, as well as Paramount and business to check on project statuses
• Organize and update server with all documents, creative, digital files and emails for all projects
• Overseeing the work of freelancers
• Responsible for collecting and tracking the invoices from outside vendors
• Responsible for populating contracts and timesheets for freelancers
• Responsible for keeping pdf documents for all invoices on server
Basic Qualifications
• Managerial experience for at least 1-4 years
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
