Overview and Responsibilities
The Partner Marketing Manager develops industry-leading custom marketing concepts for new business and non-endemic advertising clients. The New Business team is looking for a Nickelodeon fan who believes in the power of brand partnership and who thrives on creating co-branded campaigns in a presentation through strategic and visual storytelling.
The Manager is responsible for innovating new marketing campaigns which includes but is not limited to: pitch creation, presentation and program execution for our clients across linear and digital platforms.
The Manager reports into the Sr. Director/Director, New Business Partner Marketing
Responsibilities
• Support team of Directors in partnership with Ad Sales to ideate innovative and exciting cross-platform marketing programs to elevate both the Nickelodeon brand and partner brand products
• Partner with team of Directors in the creation and design of PowerPoint pitch decks that demonstrate excellent visual storytelling to present to potential new business clients
• Communicate creative action items to our partners within the Nickelodeon Creative Advertising team and other business functions within Viacom to ensure ideas are actionable and within brand guidelines and standards
• Facilitate, lead and maintain execution process for programs that sell-through with the project management team and highlight to Directors and Sales if there are any major issues
• Work with Directors to research accounts and become well-versed in all facets
• Partner with Ad Sales and Project Management teams to ensure marketing concept and client objectives are maintained throughout the campaign, from concept to launch
• Lead the creation and design of program recap decks and collect final program elements along the way
Basic Qualifications
• 5-7 years of experience developing integrated marketing programs at a media company or advertising agency
Additional Qualifications
• Excellent design skills and expertise in PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustrator is a mandatory
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high performance group with multiple proposals at once in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise copy; comfortable presenting to large audiences
• Passion and knowledge of marketing tactics across platforms: on-air, experiential, , digital and social media
• Skilled diplomat who works effectively across multiple departments and external parties
• Passion for the Nickelodeon brand is a must
