This is a Full Time Job
The primary responsibility of the Client Services manager is to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue maximization for New Video's base of digital content providers. In addition to serving as a key contact for New Video's digital accounts, this position will also work with internal teams to ensure that all content partners receive high levels of service, communication, follow-through and achieve forecasted revenue targets.
Responsibilities
• Perform day-to-day management of key, strategic content partner relationships to include release schedule management, marketing and promotion planning, and deliverables coordination
• Liaise with the sales team to plan platform sale initiatives, and promote major title launches
• Conduct semi-annual client satisfaction surveys and regularly report to senior management team
• Develop and implement client-specific marketing and promotional activities in tandem with marketing team
• Develop by-account content and volume forecasts, and manage team to meet revenue goals
• Manage the new client onboarding process
• Handle elevated customer service related issues and concerns
• Provide client and team feedback to internal groups including production, acquisitions, and operations teams
• Implement metrics and benchmarks to track client services activities
• Analyze client back catalogs for expansion opportunities on new and existing platforms
• Conduct semi-regular on-site visits with key accounts
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years work experience in account management, preferably working with entertainment clients
• Bachelor's degree in a business or media concentration preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
• A leader with the ability to manage through teamwork and collaboration
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills and a polished, professional demeanor
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding, constantly changing work environment
• MS Office proficiency, including a high degree of proficiency in Excel
• Experience working with CRM applications preferred
