Full Time Job
Description:
Daily management of payroll and general record keeping.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for approximately 200 full time and 500 part time employees
• Review time reports for accuracy and address discrepancies accordingly
• Sort and deliver payroll checks
• Communicate with Accounting staff in the Tampa Office
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• High level of mathematic skill
• Ability to interact with different departments and levels
• Knowledge of MAS 200/ADP
• Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
• Strong organizational skills
