Full Time Job
Description: This role will support the Premium Sales and Service Department efforts by assisting in the execution of new premium benefits, value-added programs and events that enhance the overall client experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist with weekly reporting of ticket sales data and renewals
• Help the Premium department generate and execute ideas for events and initiatives to drive inbound sales
• Support sales staff at prospecting events
• Collaborate in the production of sales brochures, collateral and other design projects
• Assist with day-to-day support of Premium Licensees, including but not limited to benefit fulfillment, game day requests and ticketing questions
• Responsible for creating unique game day experiences that will enhance and activate the Legends Suite, Delta Suite, Champions Suite, and Field MVP Club
• Assist with incoming requests from Individual Game Suite buyers
• Track and maintain up-to-date client information, benefits, events and touchpoints in CRM
• Collaborate with Legends Hospitality and Stadium Operations to ensure game day operational needs are seamlessly met
• Assist in the creation, management and analysis of data from CRM and client surveys to improve service initiatives, retention rates and customer satisfaction
• Assist in all aspects of premium benefits fulfillment
• Other duties as assigned
.Qualifications and Experience:
• 1-2 years service experience in sports, hospitality and/or entertainment industry
• Strong written, verbal and communication skills
• Advanced computer skills especially using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
• Proven time management, organizational and prioritization skills
• Experience using Archtics and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Flexible work schedule
