BROADCAST CONTROL ROOM DIRECTOR
PART TIME & FULL TIME

Job Description
NTT has immediate FULL-TIME and PART-TIME openings available for a Television/Webcast Control Room Broadcast Director. We are looking for a qualified broadcast director/technical director that will have the ability to manipulate various live production equipment in order to successfully direct live government meetings.
The Control Room Broadcast Director is responsible for the on-air/online presentation of various government entities and must work with a team of engineers and other operators to ensure a quality product. The director will also be responsible for general audio and visual support for government meetings.
The location of this assignment is downtown San Francisco. Being able to be in downtown San Francisco in a timely manner is critical to this assignment.
Qualifications:
• Experience with Telemetrics (or similar) camera controls, HD & SD broadcast cameras, broadcast production switchers, Chyron graphics systems, various digital recording formats and codec's, and other aspects of a live control room.
• Experience with Granicus and their encoding system is a extremely desired.
• Excellent computer skills; knowledge of various operating systems (i.e. Windows & MacOS)
• Experience with live webcasting.
• Knowledge of non-linear editing programs and knowledge of Adobe CC products (ie photoshop) is desired.
• Have the ability to work with minimal supervision, be able to communicate clearly and effectively and have the ability to solve problems quickly & calmly while under the pressure of a live broadcast.
Responsibilities:
• Operate production equipment to produce a successful meeting (Switcher, audio board, robotic cameras, Chyrons, etc…)
• Prepare all graphics and perform other pre-production duties as needed.
• Perform post-production responsibilities as needed.
