We are looking for an entertainment photo and creative content producer with a strong knowledge of photo and EPK for TV/film productions, project management, talent relations, archiving, and managing. This job will reside within the Beverly Hills-based Original Series Publicity team and report to the Director of Originals Series Publicity.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to strategically plan and execute on multiple projects at once. You must be extremely well organized, creative, a succinct communicator, a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be self- motivated, possess integrity and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities of the role include:
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day photography for several original series, documentaries and comedy specials.
- Hire and oversee unit photographers and EPK crews, including script and schedule review and communication with production.
- Assist with the strategy, creation, formatting and distribution of EPK, clips and video footage.
- Create workflow for managing, distributing and gathering all assets.
- Edit high volume digital photography and maintain quality control.
- Work with talent representatives on talent approvals and oversee the retouching process for photos.
- Narrow down images for selects and create captions.
- Manage photo requests with internal Netflix departments.
- Work with publicity department to service photos to press.
- Handle digital asset management and archiving including transferring, renaming, attaching metadata, adjusting, backing up and uploading.
- Handle photography needs for premieres, events, photo shoots.
- Monitor photo rights and electronic usage for original series.
- Account for expenses associated with photography and EPK and evaluate costs.
- Work with post -production house teams on localizing video footage for international regions.
- Oversee the creation of screening assets.
- Work with show production on union and legal clearances.
Skills and Requirements:
- Entertainment experience preferred.
- Strategic.
- Strong team player.
- Deadline-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Strong contacts and photographer roster.
- Strong eye for editing and selecting visual assets.
- Experience working with international markets preferred.
- Ability to handle high volume of complex projects and tasks for multiple people and departments simultaneously and manage competing priorities.
- Must be able to work independently, make sound decisions, think strategically, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must possess solid organization, effective time management and excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Understand and interest in Federal copyright laws, usage licenses and embargos.
- Understand the photography industry including photo production, retouching and digital asset management and workflow.
- Strong knowledge in digital file specs & size formats
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Suite including Photoshop is preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish a plus.
