Netflix is the leading streaming platform in the world. As we continue our transformation to a next-generation studio and expand our streaming service's global footprint, we need to understand and source the best possible vendors for production and post-production services, localization and media processing around the world. These vendors use industry-leading tools to deliver through our entirely cloud-based digital supply chain.
Netflix is looking to recruit a Partner Engagement Specialist within the Media Engineering and Partnerships Group. You will act as a first tier technical resource for partners creating software and tools to produce compliant technical files for Netflix. You will also test various software and hardware applications upon release updates and new software creations. You will study trends and look to partner with the best software and tool providers for the best innovative impact. You will also cultivate relationships with technology partners and vendors throughout the globe.
Responsibilities:
• Research and test new market tools.
• Evaluate API's connected to strategic data points in the ecosystem.
• Influence product designs and overall user experience of tools.
• Create tool training videos and help center updates for supported technologies and partners.
• Build interoperability testing using Netflix and OSS content for hardware and software tools.
• Program development of automatic testing of partner software releases.
• Lead initiatives related to Digital Supply Chain tool partners.
• Provide Quality Assurance Testing of internal and external tool software builds.

• Ability to develop long-standing relationships with Post Production Tool Vendors.
• Exhaustive knowledge of streaming video, audio, subtitling and file-based delivery.
