Netflix is seeking a Legal Coordinator to work as part of the legal team responsible for Netflix independent features such as Fundamentals of Caring and Tallulah and children's programming such as Trollhunters.

Responsibilities:
• Create and update spreadsheets tracking agreement status, corporate and guild filings, talent and other options;
• Manage, maintain, and update all form agreements along with corresponding dashboards and document management systems;
• Update, maintain and distribute Legal Guidelines to third party productions;
• Conduct research;
• Work cross functionally to maintain alignment and facilitate proper communication between departments;
• Record and consolidate notes from meetings with various business and legal affairs partners;
• Draft, review and redline agreements, as needed, under the supervision of counsel;
• Help prepare presentations.
Required Qualifications:
• BA required;
• At least 5 years of related work experience, in a business and/or legal affairs environment, is required;
• Strong analytical capabilities and judgment;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross-functionally (e.g., with production finance, physical production and creative teams), think practically and be solution-oriented;
• Ability to respond positively to change and be respective of new ideas;
• High level of organization, detail orientation and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines;
• Discretion. Can be trusted to maintain confidentiality and safeguard valuable information;
• Skill at identifying priorities. Capable of asking questions, proactively seeking clarity and moving quickly to action;
• Research experience a plus but not required;
• Willingness to tackle matters outside area of expertise;
• Tech-savvy individual proficient in Google Suites (Gmail and Google Docs) with a strong sense of how cloud-based document and database systems are used in a modern business environment;
• Passion for independent film;
• Proficiency in: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Mail & Adobe Acrobat DC
