We are a quickly growing team with some great original series coming to Netflix -- from David Fincher's Mindhunter to Marvel's Punisher to our epic western, Godless -- and a lot in between. We are looking to fill a role on the publicity team with a talent relations executive. We are looking for a grown-up, someone very organized who has experience in dealing with talent and facilitating workstreams between several teams, and who is excited by the prospect of can also managing a team.

The Role
The Manager, Talent Relations will primarily be responsible for supporting and guiding communication between various internal departments, as it relates to talent (actors, producers, etc.). They will manage various lists that are utilized across publicity and the rest of the company, and oversee gift budget, selection and distribution for various occasions. They are a member of a seasoned group of professionals based in the Beverly Hills office, and they will manage a small team of professionals.
The ideal candidate is not afraid to get their hands dirty. They collaborate well with partners that range from content to marketing to social to product and beyond. They give visibility into their work process successfully. Strong candidates can handle a vast amount of work and they are eager to learn. They are curious and also contribute effectively outside of their specialty. A good fit in the role has a candid and direct communication style, they are willing to admit to mistakes quickly and questions values inconsistent with our values and Netflix culture. They understand that sometimes the job requires delivering bad news, and they're tactful and not intimidated in handling such issues.
A candidate with an established track record of outstanding judgment in fast-paced, high-profile environment, particularly in dealing with time-sensitive, confidential and/or controversial matters is a must. They will have proven experience managing, coaching, and developing staff. They will have excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written & verbal), and will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
We are seeking a highly organized person with a rigorous work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. A team player who be willing to help wherever needed while staying on top of their own individual responsibilities. Must work efficiently under pressure and be able to juggle multiple tasks with varying deadlines. Travel is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate for Manager, Talent Relations will have 7 years of entertainment experience in an agency, studio, network or production company setting. They will have experience managing a team, and will have current experience working hands-on with talent, filmmakers and producers. BA/BS required.

Netflix offers an attractive compensation package consisting of base salary, stock options, 401K (with match), comprehensive benefits and relocation.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The Manager, Talent Relations will report to the Director of Publicity.
