Netflix seeks an experienced marketing and transactional lawyer to provide legal support for its Asia Pacific operations located in Singapore. The successful candidate will provide both marketing and business development support, counseling with respect to a wide range of marketing topics related to Netflix's Asia Pacific operations and drafting and negotiating strategic agreements with partners, ISPs and vendors.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have 6-10 years of broad-based advertising, marketing, e-commerce and consumer protection experience, preferably with a focus on technology and/or media, as well as international transactional experience. This includes familiarity with common and civil law jurisdictions. In house experience preferred. Expertise drafting and negotiating agreements in one or more of the following areas: outbound technology licensing, partner co-promotions, outsourcing, and marketing agreements (including creative and advertising agency agreements, offline and online advertising media buys and other deals, and sponsorships). Experience partnering with marketing and business development teams and working with Internet companies, consumer electronics companies, telecommunications companies, cable or satellite companies, broadcasters or entertainment companies. Fluency in English is required, and working knowledge of other Asia Pacific languages is preferred.
