The Content Operations group manages the localization, QC, and distribution of our original film and TV content across the globe. As part of the Product team, we manage and track assets that are used to create the merchandising experience to help members discover content to watch. The Product Specialist will be responsible for ensuring Content Operations is setup to support all product initiatives, projects, and A/B tests associated with promotional tactics and overall product experience.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge in digital distribution of assets, cross-functional team workflows, strong interest in innovation and technology, effective project management, and be completely comfortable in an ambiguous ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with product teams on special set ups and new promotional tactics
• Partner with other Content Operations leads to prioritize projects and promotional tactics
• Ensure Content Operations deliverables meet product specs and timelines
• Proactively communicate updates and priorities with the team
• Stay highly aligned with multiple cross-functional teams, including content acquisitions, product and UI engineering, product creative, enhanced content, QC, localization, launch strategy and marketing
• Communicate clearly and succinctly and adjust according to your audience
• Own multiple projects concurrently and effectively
• Support set ups for A/B testing
• Continually evaluate our workflows and tools for scale and efficiency
• Advocate, understand, communicate, and exemplify the company's values
Requirements
• Prior experience in content distribution and operations
• Proven project management and team leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of product strategy and workflows
