Job Responsibilities:
• This position entails working with a growing team of marketers to plan & execute content marketing campaigns across APAC
• Work closely with Content team to identify upcoming high-profile titles and develop content calendars by region
• Collaborate with regional teams to solidify content marketing plans for Global Originals and licensed content
• Manage multi-title content campaign creative, working with our internal creative team and regional teams to build out flighting schedule and produce best-in-class creative
• Partner with regional teams to evaluate creative/campaign performance
• Collaborate with Marketing Planning & Analysis as well as other advanced analytics teams to refine content reporting
• Provide support on Originals campaigns as needed
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably at a studio, advertising or media agency with an emphasis on Content Marketing
• Experience specifically on strategy, positioning and targeting building for marketing campaigns
• Has a creative mind and POV
• Familiarity with studio restrictions/approvals
• Experience with both AV and digital creative development
• Be able to function autonomously and effectively as part of a loosely coupled, but highly-aligned team
• Bachelors Degree in related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
• Open-minded and able to work cross-functionally and think what's best for the business first and foremost
• Experience in International Marketing preferred
• Foreign languages preferred but not a must
• Understanding and/or experience in APAC marketing as well as culture(s), market trends, etc is a big plus but not a must
