Netflix is seeking a Content Distribution Coordinator to manage the product setup portion of the Operations workflow on the Content Distribution team. As Netflix acquires or produces content, the Coordinator manages the exhibition attributes, sources for title metadata, and sets up that data for a successful launch on the product.
A successful candidate will be passionate, self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, effective communicator, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is an innovative and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and communication.

At Netflix we are actively engaged in redefining the next generation of global entertainment. Your involvement of the setup process will directly impact the customers and what they see on the Netflix site based on how you setup the title attributes (original title, localized title, synopsis, cast/directors, ratings, etc).
In this role you will:
• Manage exhibition windows that drive site behavior
• Ensure Content Operations launch requirements meet product specs and timelines
• Stay highly aligned with multiple cross-functional teams (Content Acquisition, UI engineering, downstream Product teams, launch strategy, marketing, and Enhanced Content)
• Troubleshoot title issues quickly and efficiently
• Own multiple projects concurrently and manage ad hoc / special projects
• Collaborate with product teams on special setups (aftershows and A/B tests) and new promotional tactics
• Acquire/manage title metadata
• Proactively communicate updates and priorities with the team
• Seek to scale workflows for growing catalog size
• Partner with Distribution Project Managers to prioritize projects and promotional tactics
You're a fit for this role if you have:
• Very strong ability to problem solve, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Knowledge of industry programming, content library databases and digital distribution
• Prior experience at a customer-facing product a plus
