Netflix is seeking a Content Distribution Coordinator to manage the title setup portion of the Digital Supply Chain workflow on the Content Distribution team. As Netflix licenses content, the Coordinator reviews the rights acquired, sources for metadata, and sets that data up in our content management system.
A successful candidate will be passionate, self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and communication.

At Netflix we are actively engaged in redefining the next generation of global entertainment. Your involvement of the setup process will directly impact the customers and what they see on the Netflix site based on how you setup the title attributes (original title, localized title, synopsis, cast/directors, ratings, etc).
In this role you will:
• Review title lists/executed contracts and accurately setup the titles, exhibition windows, territories, asset rights, and attributes in our content management tool
• Manage title launch calendars and trackers
• Own multiple projects concurrently and manage ad hoc / special projects
• Stay highly-aligned with multiple cross-functional teams (Content Acquisition, Product Creative, and Enhanced Content)
• Troubleshoot title issues quickly and efficiently
• Seek to scale workflows for growing catalog size
You're a fit for this role if you have:
• Very strong ability to problem solve, multitask, and prioritize in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Excellent Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of industry programming, content library databases and digital distribution
• Prior experience at a studio, online content provider, or posthouse facility a plus
