We want a talented and experienced Brand Designer to join our Global Brand Design team. As a senior member of our design team, you'll be one of the architects of our mission to help build Netflix into a top global brand and to further develop and fine-tune the visual aesthetic.
What We Expect:
You'll be the one of the stewards of the Netflix brand globally. You'll be working working closely with designers, brand strategists and regional and originals creative marketing teams and agencies to create visually stunning brand work across all our marketing efforts. Your Basics:
• Able to Lead creative concepting, design and production of brand assets and design projects with internal designers and external agencies
• Thorough understanding of fundamental disciplines and principles such as color, composition and typography demonstrated through an extensive, broad portfolio
• Able to develop a vision, quickly bring concepts to life as prototypes, then iterate and refine them as you gather peer feedback
• Extraordinary design taste and skill; expert eye for detail and elegant design and typography
• Experience in concepting and developing great design and art direction that can be implemented across multiple mediums and platforms
• Ability to work independently but also thrive in a highly collaborative environment and maintain a positive attitude
• ''All hands on deck'' attitude with the love for making things
Your Qualifications:
• 8 years of relevant professional experience driving compelling brand design strategy and execution
• 5 years experience of deep brand experience within an internal brand team at a consumer product, technology or entertainment company
• Previous experience in Senior Designer and/or Director/Principal Designer
• Prior experience in creating, evolving and evangelizing brand style systems and usage guidelines across internal teams and across the globe
Even Better:
• Experience working with global teams
• Experience with motion, UX and interactive campaigns
• Knowledge and passion for digital brand extensions and technology, in general
