Marketing Operations at Netflix is focused on establishing a global operational center-of-excellence for cross-functional project management, creative production and localization of our marketing campaigns.
To support our global expansion, we are looking for an Asset Coordinator to join our AV team. In this role, you would be supporting Marketing Ops with asset specific requests, including, but not limited to, file prep, tagging, clip pulling and tracking. You will be responsible for general maintenance, organization and uploading of assets to our DAM, working closely with the Marketing Ops team to obtain files, maintain organization and keep assets up-to-date.
The Role:
• Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global AV Production, Marketing Operations, you will join a team that manages the production of Netflix's Marketing Campaigns.
• Responsibilities include:
• Field incoming asset requests from internal Marketing teams or external agencies.
• Manage marketing assets as it pertains to tagging, taxonomy, ingesting and organization.
• Oversee overarching projects that will assist in the overall efficiency of the Ops team.
Qualifications:
• 5 years of digital asset management, preferably working with video assets.
• Attention to detail, demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
• Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite, familiar with all types of file formats, including video formats. Mac proficiency and high level of technological literacy.
• Excellent organization and time management; able to prioritize large volume of work effectively and efficiently with tight deadlines.
