Full Time Job
The Coordinator, Digital Operations will support daily administrative operations for the SVP and Digital Operations & Strategy team. Responsibilities include managing and organizing information across the department such as important records, decks, case studies, best practices, assets, reporting, et al; coordinating meetings and agendas and presentations; invoicing; and providing team event support as needed. They will also have opportunities to contribute to some of our big audience development initiatives and further their career at National Geographic.
• Help manage and organize the department's flow of information: repository of decks, case studies, best practices, reports, data, design assets, invoices, and more
• Book and coordinate meetings and travel for SVP and VPs and coordinate broader team meetings
• Provide entry-level support for various groups across the department as a career growth opportunity
• Support the digital team's goals
• Manage the organization and flow of information across the department
• Coordinate scheduled, agendas, and travel for staff in the department
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have a minimum of 2-5 years of office experience working for multiple managers, with experience working in publishing or media preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills –both written and verbal
• Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
• Must have outstanding organizational skills, the ability to pay close attention to details and work on multiple tasks, and the ability to prioritize a challenging workload while performing all duties with speed, accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with booking travel and handling expenses a plus.
