Full Time Job
Oversees and facilitates all aspects of the Service Anniversary Program, the Recognition Programs, Ticket Programs and other programs that Team Member Services offers for the company. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervises the execution of the Service Anniversary Program. Researches and makes decisions on award gift options/suppliers, acquisition and management of inventory, package distribution, award gift redemption, maintenance of accurate records of program, while working to ensure budget compliance. Analyzing redemption data in regards to Team Member redemption percentages and gift selections to ensure that gifts are of interest and being redeemed. Updating/rotating inventory and website as needed. Also includes oversight of anniversary pin distribution. Makes recommendations for process improvements and follows through to implementation changes. Continually solicits Team Member feedback of program to ensure satisfaction and enhance/expand future offerings. Responsible for ensuring budget compliance for this program – which is $300,000 annually. The Anniversary Program recognizes 6,000 Team Members annually at a 1,5,10,15 year level.
• Supervises the execution of the BRAVO and EIL Recognition Programs. To include: winner submissions, packet creation and distribution, check requests, etc – while working against varying deadlines related to departmental events.
• Responsible for the facilitation of the Ticket Programs. To include: Special Guest ID's, Silver Stars Retiree Passes, Charitable Donation Requests, Workplace Giving, Universal Studios Hollywood Ticket Requests.
• Responsible for the facilitation of other TMS programs. To include: Savings Spotlight, Carpool, Nursing Mom's, Exempt Birthday Gifts, etc.
• Assists with other Team Member Services programs and events as needed. This would include marquee events such as Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work, HollyDays(Turkey Distribution), Third Shift Breakfast, etc.
• Supports key company initiatives/projects as assigned.
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
SCOPE: This position oversees and facilitates the Service Anniversary Program for the company. Plans and executes Recreation/Sports Leagues with help from a Coordinator that will assist.
EDUCATION: High school degree or GED is required. Associate's degree (AA) is preferred. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 Years: Human Resource Administration or Project Management; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 Years: Supervisory/Management Skills.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Must maintain confidential information on a regular basis while displaying a high degree of tact. This job requires the individual to interact with internal and external clients on a regular basis and make sound decisions, sometimes with little or no background information. Ability to handle multiple priorities and be flexible to changing circumstances.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Experience with computerized purchasing system required. The position requires a vast knowledge of suppliers and manufacturers; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Theme park or entertainment related company experience a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills, good math and analytical skills as well as the ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
