Researcher for Spotlight Team (Last Call with Carson Daly)

This is a Full Time Job

Researcher:

Research and support Segment Producers and Writers in the documentary unit in producing spotlight segments for Last Call with Carson Daly.
Find, pitch, and book interesting people/subjects for spolights from the latest in pop culture, events, trends, music, sports and
anything buzz worthy out there.
Develop background information, introduction, and potential lines of questioning.
Gather and license all required elements.
Research and fact check scripts.


• Background working on Documentary style projects a plus.
• Must be able to demonstrate strong story telling skills.
• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree required- preferably in TV or
Film
• Expert knowledge of MS office.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills a must.
• A very positive can do attitude.
• The ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• The ability to be very team oriented.
• Must be able to adhere to strict deadlines.
