Role Purpose
The Manger, Campus Pipeline Programs will be responsible for day to day operations, including staffing, recruiting, client relationships and programing for the NBCUniversal Campus 2 Career Internship Program. This position reports to the Vice President, Talent Integration and Pipeline Programs and is based in New York.
Responsibilities
• Serve as primary liaison with Comcast's University Relations team on campus strategy and outreach
• Work with the VP, Talent Integration to create recruitment strategy, outreach, and partnership plans for colleges, universities at the undergraduate and graduate level, as well as diversity organizations
• Manage Campus 2 Career Recruiters including performance feedback process, approving time off, etc.
• Act as a liaison for outreach with industry organizations (including diversity partner organizations), panels, job fairs, etc. centered on an early career audience
• Partner with the VP, Talent Integration & Pipeline Programs to create and manage an early career CRM and partner with Talent Acquisition and Campus 2 Career to create a pipeline of potential current and former interns for entry level staff and contract jobs
• Partner with VP, Talent Integration & Pipeline Programs and internal stakeholders to create consistent communication, branding and marketing materials around early career opportunities at NBCU
• Manage specialized internship programs such as Emma Bowen Foundation internship program and Campus 2 Career Fellows program
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, or Organizational development
• Bachelor's degree

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
• Candidate should have strong written and public speaking skills and a demonstrated record of public presentation
• Candidate should have previous people leadership experience
• Candidate should have previous team and project management experience
• Previously campus related recruiting experience is preferred
• Experience at a major media organization is preferred
• Experience with SAP and BrassRing systems is preferred
